Building the institutional foundations of Kronogon Inc. — the movement infrastructure alongside the products. This means thinking carefully about the mentorship and education programmes, the foundation (working name: Krogen), and what it takes to build something with genuine institutional ambition rather than startup energy.
Currently going deep in personality psychology — the literature on Big Five cross-cultural validity, cultural moderation of personality-outcome relationships, and the computational personality work coming out of Cambridge and Columbia. Also re-reading widely in African literature and systems thinking.
